Order Despatch:
For products in stock, we will post your order upon receipt of cleared funds, usually within 24 hours, holidays and weekends excepted. In the case of a personal cheque or an e-cheque via Paypal, payment may take more than a week to clear. We will inform you by email as soon as your payment has cleared and that your goods have been despatched.
For most custom orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for us to make your item. We will however always try to fulfill your custom requirements faster than this, providing materials are in stock and our manufacturing schedule allows.
For custom wedding requirements (jewellery, accessories, tiaras etc) the more notice you can give us, the better. This enables a full consultation period, colour matching, special materials orders and liaison with your hairdresser etc. We have managed to fulfill wedding orders within 10 days, but really appreciate at least 3 weeks' notice - it's one of the most important days of your life, so we like to give you our best!
Returns Policy:
We take great pride in making our jewellery to high standards and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase,
however a full refund will of course, be given for any returns
necessary.
We would always ask that you contact us in the first instance as we may be able to resolve any issues you have.
Items should be returned at the buyer's expense and we would ask that you obtain a "proof of posting" certificate if posting within the UK. Please also note that Royal Mail will now only insure jewellery if posted using their "Special Delivery" service.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
Chainmaille items:
Due to the nature of forming chain maille by weaving rings together without soldering, occasionally a ring or two may come apart if caught in clothing etc.
We operate a FREE repair service on any chain maille item bought from us for 12 months following your purchase. All we ask is that you cover the postage costs - thanks! If you made your purchase over a year ago, we'll only make a nominal charge for repair, so get in touch & be pleasantly surprised.
Privacy Policy.
Twisted Trinkets is committed to protecting the privacy of its
customers. We will only use the information that we collect about you
lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
We may
collect some or all of the following information about you, so we can process
your order:
Your name
Your company name (if applicable)
Your addresses (billing and delivery)
Your telephone number
Your email address &/or your Paypal registered email address
We will never send unsolicited emails to you, nor will we ever pass any of your information to third parties, without your clear instruction and permission (unless required to do so under UK Law).
Mailing List.
We do operate a mailing list for promotional information and occasional special
offers from our website, which we would be delighted to have you join.
Emails will be sent out via the mailing list periodically, usually no more than once a month and never more frequently than once a week when special promotions are running. (Who am I kidding? Online for just over a year and 1 test newsletter sent so far! lol)
